Directions to our training facility from Little Rock: Take I-30 to Bryant and take exit 123. Turn right at Ashley's Furniture onto Market Place and proceed to the stop sign (Highway 5). Turn left and proceed past the first traffic light. Our Training Facility is located in Grant Plaza which is on the right just past Walgreen's.  In Grant Plaza, we are located in suite 15A (between McDonald's Realty & Options Weight Loss Clinic).  The suite numbers are above the doors.  If you are 'directionally challenged', we can talk you in by calling

Directions to our training facility from Benton/Hot Springs: Take I-30 to exit 123 and turn left onto Reynolds Road (to cross over the interstate). Turn left at Burger King and proceed to the stop sign (which is Highway 5). Go directly across Highway 5 into 'Grant Plaza', we are in Suite 15A (which is located between McDonald's Realty & Options Weight Loss Clinic). Please park in the middle of the parking lot away from the building and be aware that there are approximately 20 restaurants within 2 miles (in the event that you need to eat).
