Most courses require a deposit of 25% and have minimum participation guidelines.  All credit card payments incur a 4% processing fee.

You MUST have an area conducive to learning with sufficient
space for participants to practice hands-on.  You will be
invoiced at least for the minimum number of participants
that were indicated would attend.   You are solely responsible
for ensuring that participants attend.

Lifesaver Associates reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses failing to meet minimum participation.  If you cancel the course, we must be notified at least 48 hours in advance or any deposits may be forfeited.  

We are required by the American Heart Association to comply with AHA student-to-instructor ratio guidelines.  In accordance with American Heart Association guidelines, participants must not miss more than 15 minutes of a course (or they will be considered absent).  

Inclement Weather Policy:  We will communicate with the
course requestor as soon as it is determined that
inclement weather is possibly expected.  Within 12 hours
of the course start time, we will determine whether the class should be postoponed in concert with management from
your facility.  We will make every reasonable attempt to
travel to the course without endangering anyone's lives.
